The small architectural complex of the Church of Mary Magdalene is located in the hamlet of Roll, nestled in a rural setting on the hills, surrounded by a few buildings. The church is preceded by a rectangular courtyard, raised above the road below and accessible via lateral staircases. Its slender and stately Baroque facade overlooks this open space.
The building has a longitudinal plan, with a single nave and a rectangular separated from the chancel by a triumphal arch. Despite its compact size, the interior is rich with baroque decorations that embellish the wall surfaces.
