The church St. Anna all'Oliveto

The church, built in 1860, is rooted in the devotion and commitment of the local community, thanks to the generosity of two settlers, Giuseppe Senatore and Gioacchino Viscito. Driven by their love of faith and desire to provide a place of prayer, they founded the church. Originally dedicated to St. Joseph and St. Joachim, the church has a simple yet meaningful design, with a rectangular plan and a square bell tower that proudly rises above the village. The building, constructed with solid stone walls and plastered surfaces, is distinguished by its two-pitched roof, symbolizing stability and security.

The external facade, with its simple beauty, is enhanced by a niche housing a fresco depicting St. Anne with the Virgin Mary, a poignant representation of a mother's love and the divine. To complete the harmony of the building, a blind rose window and lateral pinnacles add a delicate elegance, as if nature itself were in dialogue with the sacredness of the place.
