The hike begins in the hamlet of Santi Quaranta, an ancient village that retains the tranquility of the surrounding nature, and heads towards Monte San Liberatore. The trail, which stretches for about 4 km, gradually ascends through forest and agricultural land, offering a pleasant challenge without being too difficult. As you gain altitude, the view opens up more and more, providing splendid panoramas of the Campania countryside, with the landscape changing with each step. At the summit, you'll find the Sanctuary of San Liberatore, one of the main destinations of the route. The sanctuary is a beautiful place of worship with a long religious tradition, situated in a vantage point that offers an incredible view of the city and the valley.
